Take your time on the keyword research and see if the niche is profitable. First off, check if you can make any money with the niche you are about to choose. While some are really evergreen and totally money makers, other niches are not monetizable even if you have a really good business plan.
I personally check, if there is any competition in this field. If there are only a few competitors than it might be a sign that there are no potential buyers or if there are a lot of substitudes available. Another example is that if there are many competitors dominating Google than there is definately a high potential of buyers but it will be difficult to outrank them and make good sales. I personally do not like to trust the inner feeling on important keyword research. Therefore I use a pretty valuable keyword tool. I recently got Micro Niche Finder, which is one of the most powerful tools for Internet Marketers. It is used for keyword research and shows you if your niche is saturated or very profitable. Alright so now you have found a niche which will hopefully be profitable. Now lets monetize it and get some nice pay checks.
Now we will have to find one ore more products from our niche. You can either go for physical products or choose digital products depending on your niche. I started with physical products but then additionally did some websites about digital products. The conclusion to this: Digital Products have the highest commissions. You can find a lot of them on a website called Clickbank.com which you might have heard of.
You can simply register for free on Clickbank. After filling in all your details, you just have to confirm your email adress (which needs to be valid in the registering process) and you will be an affiliate. You are now able to promote all the products all round the marketplace. This can be done in under 5 minutes and may change your life. Find some products related to your niche. This is a very easy part so feel free to skip all the following details., if you already know this. This guide is absolutely newbie friendly, that is why I do not leave any detail :-). Write down all the products in a notepad and then go to every single sales page. Would you buy this product? If you can answer this questions with „YES“ then keep it on your list. If your answer is „NO“ then skip the product and remove it from your list. A good sign for a good converting product it the „Clickbank Gravity“ which will be shown under each product in the list. When it comes to affiliate websites then WordPress.com is the most known blog service. A wordpress blog can be set up in under 10 minutes if you have any experience with it. First off you do not even have to download or set up WordPress manually. If you do not have a webhost yet, than I recommend JustHost.com for you. I've been using JustHost for almost 3 years know and they do a great job. Get your hosting with a free domain here. For the domain you should use a name with the keyword of your niche in it (e.g. yourniche42.com or yourniche-reviews.com). You can then use a built in plugin called „Fantastico“. It will install a WordPress blog in seconds. Oh yes, in seconds! You will see that WordPress is a very easy but powerful program. You can then add some related content to your niches and write valuable product reviews. Always make sure that your quality should be the first priority. You do not need to be good a copywriting. Just make sure that your reviews are honest and built up trust with your future visitors.
After adding like 5-10 posts about your products you can start to continue building up your sub-niche/micro niche sites related to the topic. Make sure every time you make a post to your micro-niche-sites, that they will link back to your „Money Site“. People will then visit your micro niche sites and check out your main page. Another good effect is, that you are building a link-wheel around your money site, which will increase search engine rankings for your product-keywords. You will see that setting up the whole process will dramatically increase from blog-toblog.
